Who These Terms Apply To

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using sayWELL in any capacity, you agree to these terms.
What sayWELL Is (and Isn't)
sayWELL is a between-session care platform. It brings together clinical and family context and turns it into concise, everyday guidance for the adults caring for a child outside the session.
sayWELL is not a therapy service, medical provider, or mental health treatment platform.
sayWELL does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or manage any condition.
The platform is designed to complement—not replace—licensed professional care, clinical judgment, or organizational protocols.
sayWELL is not intended for emergencies or crisis situations.
If you or someone in your care may be at risk of harm, seek immediate professional or emergency support.
No Clinician–Patient Relationship
Use of the sayWELL platform does not create a clinician-patient, therapist-client, medical, or treatment relationship between sayWELL and any user.
Any clinical or professional relationship remains solely between users and their licensed providers.
User Responsibility
Users acknowledge that sayWELL provides general guidance and communication support only.
Users remain responsible for how they interpret or apply platform content and should use appropriate judgment and professional consultation where necessary.
Providers and Professional Use
Licensed professionals using sayWELL acknowledge that the platform functions as a support tool only.
Providers retain full responsibility for clinical judgment, communications, documentation, and compliance with applicable professional standards.
Organizations and Administrative Use
Organizations using sayWELL acknowledge that the platform supports between-session care workflows but does not replace operational, legal, or clinical compliance responsibilities.
Organizations remain responsible for user permissions, consent management, and internal policy enforcement.
Content and Platform Limitations
sayWELL content may be created, adapted, or delivered using automated or algorithmic systems.
Content may not account for all individual, clinical, cultural, or situational factors.
